As most of you may know by now, Kodak does not support the ENCAD products other than offer a Kodak Field Engineer to go to your site for a "Hands On" look at your printer. This service costs a minimum of $480 just for the first hour, and that doesn't include any parts.

If you don't find any information regarding your problem, simply e-mail the symptoms, and you will receive advise on what is causing the problem and how to fix it.
